People and Culture Club: What’s next for Workplace Wellbeing?

When

Wednesday 30th March
8:30am - 10:30am

Event Type

We all have times when life gets on top of us – whether it’s work, family or our circumstances – and our mental health suffers. For some, the words ‘mental health’ can still feel like a taboo subject but we believe it’s time to normalise the conversation around mental health at work.

Join us for the next People & Culture Club where we’ll explore:

  • Why it’s so important to support employee wellness at work

  • The signs to look for if you feel someone is experiencing mental ill-health – and importantly – what to do about it

  • The trends we expect to see in 2022 that will shape workplace mental health (and how to apply them in your organisation)

  • Practical things you can do to better support employee wellness and mental health at work

  • Looking after your own mental health as a People-person

About People and Culture Club

If you’re looking for a community of People-people who have a bias against traditional ‘HR’, then this is the place for you!

Brought to you by Silicon Brighton and Ally Jones, The People and Culture Club is a community of people that care deeply about enabling success through employee-focused initiatives, design-thinking and building scalable people practices. We understand that People-ops is rarely all roses, so this is a safe space to explore the highs and lows that come working in a start-up – or when experiencing hyper-growth.
