Join us for Meetup #6 of the AWS Brighton User Group!

We have a Speaker double bill lined up for you this time.

Ryan Cormack, Principal Engineer at Motorway and AWS Serverless Community Builder, will join us to share how Motorway has used AWS to move from a system with events to an event-driven system. He’ll briefly discuss the changes across product and engineering and dive into the technology they’ve used to drive the change.

Reke Jarikre, Associate Security Consultant at AWS will speak about Reducing Attack Surface in AWS Environments. This talk will explore key strategies for reducing the attack surface in AWS environments, addressing the shared security responsibilities between AWS and customers. Real-world examples of AWS environment breaches will illustrate the importance of proactively diminishing potential attack vectors in the cloud to maintain a strong security posture without compromising agility.

Our supporters, Silicon Brighton, will live-stream the event on YouTube.

RSVP now for this free event, where you can network with peers, learn from our distinguished speakers, and enjoy free beer and pizza courtesy of our sponsor, Logicata.
