Helena Binetskaya is a co-founder and chief product officer at ChestPal, a UK-based digital health company. Its vision is to help carers detect dangerous lung conditions early.
The company originated from a personal story. Helena’s baby daughter received conflicting diagnoses about her persistent cough, which led Helena and her team to create an objective AI-based stethoscope any carer can use to assess one’s lung sounds with a specialist’s accuracy.
They have recently launched the product in the US to the very encouraging feedback from its first users – nurses, paramedics and physicians alike.

Hannah is an accomplished Product Director and Transformation Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience in the digital healthcare sector.
As an athlete, she has long been engaged with the opportunities that exist at the intersection of physiology, psychology and tech. As the the former Head of Product at Kokoon Technology, she defined strategic direction and delivery of a data-driven sleep solution, raising over ÂŁ1.5million in crowdfunding for the Kokoon’s second wearable tech product – “Nightbuds” – smart, sleep monitoring headphones – before selling in partnership to Phillips.
She uses her experience in product innovation to guide multinational corporations in digital transformation, implementing operating models that support the development of next-generation products and services for some of the world’s best known healthcare providers.
Hannah extends this passion for building – whether that’s services, products, teams or companies – to additional roles in teaching Product Management with General Assembly, and as a Product Advisor to a number of venture backed early stage start-ups.
Known by her teams for tackling challenges with persistence, fun and a tenacious spirit, when not at work she’s running Ultramarathons or travelling the world on foot, in the saddle, or by strokes in Triathlon.

Presenter and producer Nkem Ifejika has over 20 years of experience in broadcast news and current affairs, and has conducted more than 10,000 interviews with political leaders, scientists, thinkers, athletes, and ordinary people in extraordinary situations.
Nkem has also produced and presented podcasts for the Overseas Development Institute (Think Change) and Times Radio (World in 10). He worked at the BBC as a radio and tv reporter and presenter. Prior to the BBC, he freelanced for publications including The Guardian and the New Statesman, and as an undercover television reporter for Channel 4.
Nkem currently freelances for various radio and podcast companies. He was the 2017 William Montalbano Nieman Fellow at Harvard University.
