Overview
Understanding kindness-themed research and exploring kindness‑driven interventions in the market place

Join us in-person as we bridge research and practice.

Kindness isn’t just “soft” — it’s strategic. It builds connection, strengthens communities, fuels innovation, and transforms the way we work. Organisations are made of people, and when people thrive, it enables productivity and profitability to follow!

You are welcome to the first‑ever conference tailored to exploring how kindness can drive powerful, practical, cross‑sector collaboration between academia, business, and organisations.

Why Attend?

  • Discover how kindness‑led approaches create significant impact across business, healthcare, education, public services, law, sustainability, and more.
  • Be inspired by leaders in the marketplace who are exploring kindness as a strategic asset in their mission, and learn from their experiences about how this theme fosters a thriving and empowered workplace culture.
  • Hear from leading researchers affliated to the Sussex Centre for Research on Kindness; the UK’s only academic centre dedicated to the study of kindness.
  • Explore partnership opportunities with the University of Sussex, including consultancy, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, and collaborative research.
  • Connect with leaders, practitioners, and academics shaping the future of kinder workplaces and communities.
Who Should Come?
  • Businesses seeking to explore innovative, evidence‑based solutions and access to academic expertise
  • Academics looking to apply research in real‑world organisations
  • Organisations aiming to embed kindness into culture, systems, products, or services
