The Department for Business & Trade (DBT) Technology Foreign Direct Investment Team
Colleagues from the DBT Technology Foreign Direct Investment Team will be joining us. DBT are the department for economic growth. They support businesses to invest, grow and export, creating jobs and opportunities across the country. The Technology Foreign Direct Investment Team focus on matching a pipeline of foreign investors interested in setting up or growing in locations across the UK (with a focus on AI, Quantum, Semi-Conductors, Cybersecurity and Telecoms). They are visiting the Greater Brighton region to find out why it is a great place for Technology businesses and are attending our event to gain first-hand experience of our support ecosystem for Technology businesses.
