DESCRIPTION:NEW VENUE: We're trialling a move to Runway East\, a brand ne
 w space we think makes an even better long-term home for Async meetups. Lo
 cated a short walk from Brighton railway station on the ground floor of 
 the new York &amp\; Elder development.\nThis month we bring you a special 
 organisers' two-fer presented by Jake and Yann!\nThe Power of TypeScript\n
 Jake will speak on advanced patterns in TypeScript you'll be glad to know.
  Along with powerful uses you may wish you didn't see.\nPicking up Tailwin
 d\nYann will share a lightning talk on upcoming features in Tailwind that 
 simplify the developer experience and progressively enhance new CSS concep
 ts.\nThis session will explore advanced concepts and assumes a working kno
 wledge of either or both tools. All experience levels are welcome as alway
 s\, but this will be a chance to nerd out if you eat type safe recursion f
 or breakfast.\nYou will be able to join us in-person at Runway East or o
 nline (we will add the link to join online shortly).\nIn-person attendees:
  Please arrive at Runway East (ground floor) between 19:15 and 19:30 for s
 nacks and socializing before the talk\, and make sure you are registered t
 o attend so we have an idea of numbers for catering.\nRemote attendees: We
  will start broadcasting the event at 19:45 on YouTube\, there is no need
