DESCRIPTION:What is body doubling?\n\nBody doubling is a productivity strat
 egy which many neurodivergent people find helpful. When you body-double\, 
 you work alongside another person or group of people to complete a task yo
 u might otherwise find difficult\, boring or overwhelming (or all of the a
 bove!)\n\nHaving someone virtually with you can help you stay focused\, en
 gaged\, or motivated to finish that task you've been putting off.\n\nHow d
 o these body doubling sessions work?\n\nEach week\, your body doubling fac
 ilitator Lucy Brand will hold space for 12 people to virtually work alongs
 ide each other for up to two hours.\n\nAt the start of the session\, you'l
 l share your intentions\, check in after an hour to see how you're getting
  on\, then check out at the end.\n\nAs with all our events\, there is no o
 bligation to share what you're up to – you're welcome to simply join and
  enjoy the virtual company while you get stuff done!\n\nWhen are the body 
 doubling sessions?\n\nThese facilitated sessions happen weekly on Tuesdays
  from 10:15m - 12:15pm (UK time).\n\nJoyfully Different members can also h
 ang out in the Body Doubling channel on Discord at any time!\n\nHow much a
 re these sessions?\n\nOur body doubling sessions are FREE to all our Joyfu
 lly Different community members and £5 for non-members.\n\nAbout Joyfully
