Brighton Cloud: WTF is Serverless?

Brighton Cloud regular Czarina Barnsby will be joining us to host our September meetup, where Jon Goodall (Lead Cloud Engineer @ Logicata) will talk us through all things serverless.

He’ll be covering the basics of what serverless is, the various types available and the use-cases of each.

Along with the advantages and disadvantages, serverless vs. PaaS vs. SaaS, how you do security and development differently and why testing is even more important.

Closing with a discussion on when it is or is not appropriate to use serverless and a brief look to the future.
