 DF!\n\nGavin's talk is “Detecting Financial Vulnerability with Unsupervi
 sed Machine Learning”.\n\nWe are in the middle of a cost of living crisi
 s with rising prices and stretched household budgets. At EDF\, we have con
 sistently demonstrated our care and support for customers with any form of
  vulnerability. As part of that\, this year we used data science to introd
 uce a systematic method to analyse Smart meter Pay As You Go (PAYG) custom
 ers for signs of financial distress. This talk will outline the clustering
  approach we deployed\, as well as cover how we collaborate with business 
 users and the platform we develop and productionise models on.
