SUMMARY:Collaborating On Digital Sustainability
DESCRIPTION:Join us to chat about how different roles contribute to digital
sustainability.\nDigital products have an environmental footprint. Just l
ike physical products they are designed\, engineered\, maintained\, enhanc
ed\, marketed\, consumed (etc). The development lifecycle is multidiscipli
nary and very human. Opportunities lie in how we understand various roles
and stakeholders and how we collaborate on ideas and the processes we have
in place to manage the outcomes of our own habitual behaviours (good and
bad).\nThis is an open community discussion. We've invited a handful of in
dustry voices to represent different roles and we'd love to hear about the
challenges and thoughts you have around your role.\nWe look forward to se
eing you there. Pizza and drinks as usual.\n---\nThank you to Runway East
for offering us the space to host these events (and the pizza!) and to Sil
icon Brighton and the Green Software Foundation for supporting us.\nFuture
  events\n- Weds Oct 16th: a Talk for Cloud Native Sustainability Week\n- W
eds Nov 20th: a Talk "Lessons learned building measurement tools"
