When you’re running a business, rest can be the last thing on your mind.

As a neurodivergent person, you probably know how important rest is for us.

Except, resting has often been sold to us as sitting in a bubble bath (boring) or staying very still while trying to clear our mind (Ha! You’re actually having a laugh!)

If you know one neurodivergent brain – you know one neurodivergent brain.

So, why should rest be something that looks the same for everyone?

In this Power Hour business coach Michelle Allen, Founder of Infinite Upstart, host of the Resting Biz Face podcast and Co-Founder of writing and theatre-making organisation Ironclad Creative CIC, will take you on a tour of rest.

We’ll explore:

What is rest and why does it matter?
What is productivity culture and why is self-care costing you money?
What does rest look like and feel like?
How can you create space for your Resting Biz Face?

Expect this Power Hour to explore resting, offer a toolkit of strategies and mindset tips to help you think about what rest looks like to you, and how to plug it into your business.

It’s time to shift away from hustle culture or productivity culture – it’s time to think about rest that works for you (with as much or as little bubble bath and sitting still as your human body enjoys).
