SUMMARY:'Humanity' Amnesty's Open Source WordPress Theme
DESCRIPTION:We have Austin from Amnesty International coming to speak to
us about their WordPress theme 'Humanity'\, which they have so for used t
o launch 45 sites and open sourced earlier this year. He'll be talking abo
ut some of the challenges they faced\, but also how you can get involved w
ith developing the theme or use it on your own sites.\nThe event will be s
treamed but Austin also has another talk related to Tor\, which can't be r
ecorded\, and so will be a special treat for those attending in-person.\
nOnce again Nimbus hosting are sponsoring the event\, which we're extrem
ely grateful for. If you haven't done so already\, please check out their
eco-friendly hosting\, running on renewable energy. They are paying for th
e pizza and drinks for in-person attendees\, so many thanks to them.\nWe'l
l probably be able to spot a few fireworks on the walk to the pub afterwar
ds. We hope to see you there!
