SUMMARY:Impact mapping: the Service Designer’s secret weapon
DESCRIPTION:‘Impact’ has become a ubiquitous term that is hard to defin
e and hard to measure. Join cxpartners in this workshop where we’ll be
working through the steps of developing an impact map\, as both a process
and a tool for setting clear intent around the impact we want to achieve
in our projects\, and mapping the journey for getting there.\n\nImpact map
s are extremely effective for gathering consensus on our longer term objec
tives\, and challenging our assumptions around how we think positive chang
e happens as a result of the services we deliver.\n\nIn the session itself
\, participants will be developing their own personal impact maps\, and wi
ll leave equipped with the tools to apply the same process in their work c
 ontexts.\n\nDrinks and snacks provided. ☕🍕\nWorkshop Leaders\nNicola
