  to academics\, managers and students.\nBio:\nKelly Vero.\nWith 30 years i
 n game development and tech\, Kelly's contributed to renowned franchises l
 ike Tomb Raider\, Transformers\, and Candy Crush. She skillfully applies g
 amification across diverse verticals\, from fashion to entertainment from 
 LVMH to MTV. Passionate about advancing tech\, she regularly consults for 
 the WEF on inclusive metaverses\, she has pioneered NFT standards for the 
 IEEE\, and currently serves as founder and CTO of NAK3D\, seamlessly integ
 rating luxury\, games\, and metaverses. Her book "From Pixels to Portals" 
 was released last year and has been nominated at the 2024 Business Book Aw
 ards. She won the 2024 startup innovation award in Davos and continues to 
 explore new ways of applying theories and ideas to enhance productivity in
  everything.\nMaria Restuccia is a Lecturer in Marketing at the Universit
 y of Sussex Business School. She is an educator\, researcher and free-lanc
 e consultant passionate about innovation and business-to-business marketin
 g\, with a focus on the creative industries. With an international backgro
 und and over 10 years of experience\, she investigates the "behind the sce
 nes" of marketing problems faced by companies and organizations. Her lates
 t research project\, funded by the British Academy\, explores the experien
 ce of UK artists with Non-Fungible Tokens.
