DESCRIPTION:Product roadmaps are an important product management tool. But 
 traditionally\, they map features onto a timeline and forecast when a func
 tionality will be delivered. This makes them hard to apply in an agile con
 text where change and uncertainty are present. My talk discusses how you c
 an use agile product roadmaps\, roadmaps that describe the value the produ
 ct should create in the coming months\, align the stakeholders and develop
 ment teams\, and unburden the product backlog while avoiding premature com
 mitments and preserving the ability to inspect and adapt.
