Visual Thinking in Tech: Simplify Complexity and Boost Alignment with Sketchnoting – Sam Carpenter

Unlock the power of visual thinking with the Bikablo sketch-noting method in this hands-on session. Sam will demonstrate how easy it is to create basic shapes that form a versatile visual language you can start using immediately. Experience firsthand how simple sketches can transform the way you communicate, collaborate, and comprehend complex ideas, making your work in tech more effective and engaging.

About Sam
With over two decades in the tech industry, Sam has unlocked a powerful technique to cut through the noise of endless meetings, lengthy email chains, and overwhelming documentation. In this session, she’s bringing her insights to Brighton, demonstrating how anyone can harness the simplicity and effectiveness of sketch-noting to achieve clarity, enhance collaboration, and drive real value.

Building Tomorrow’s Products: Adapting Agile Practices for AI-Powered Products – Ben Collins

Generative AI is here – and it’s here to stay. The products of the future are currently being built on Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, harnessing the power of textual recognition and generation to create human-like interactions and experiences.

But what does that mean for the Agile Coaches and Product Managers supporting the teams building LLM-powered products? This session walks through the lessons learnt in working with a team on a Generative AI product, and how this requires a shift in our approaches.
