 &amp\; Data Sci UGs\, MScs &amp\; PhDs\, who are looking for placements &a
 mp\; employment.\nYou’re invited to meet data science students at all le
 vels (Undergraduates\, Masters and PhDs) with the opportunity to pitch why
  your company is somewhere they’d want to work. This is the first in a n
 ew series of networking events designed to bring together a new generation
  of data scientists with the leaders in industry who want to employ them.\
 nWhy DISCUS – what can we do for you?\nDISCUS at the University of Susse
 x brings together data science students\, researchers\, leaders from indus
 try and senior academics to shape the future of data science &amp\; AI in 
 both industry and academia.\nWe co-organise the Sussex Data Science Meetup
 \, which has a membership of ~500. We’re interested in working with you 
 to fill the UK’s digital &amp\; data science skills gap while also showc
 asing our extraordinary students.\nHow the event will run\nWe’ll kick of
 f at 7pm\, giving each organisation 2 minutes (you can also share 1 slide)
  to pitch to an audience of approximately 50 students.\nFrom 8pm onwards 
 we’ll open up the floor for networking with drinks and canapes. Because 
 we know networking events can be intimidating for some\, we’ll also oper
 ate a matching service where we’ll make introductions by email after the
