 served. \nOur speaker is Dr Ella Moonan-Howard\, HealthTech Product Manage
 r at Alzheimer's Society\, who established their first incubator programme
 \, Launchpad. Ella and the Innovation Team back passionate people with inn
 ovative ideas to transform the day-to-day lives of people affected by deme

 pecialises in translating research into social impact ventures. She is par
 ticularly interested in how partnerships with tech companies can unlock sc
 ientific knowledge through data. Within the Innovation Team\, Ella co-crea
 tes and accelerates innovative solutions through tailored support and inve
 stment\, always starting with the lived experience of people affected by d
 ementia.
