People + Culture Club: Re-Launch Summer Social

It’s official… the People + Culture Club is re-launching in Brighton with a summer social!

And it’s exactly that: a social.

There’ll be no agenda, no speaker and certainly no awkward sales pitches (shudder). Instead, we hope this is an opportunity to meet with other People people in an informal space. Hopefully we’ll also get to enjoy some of Brighton’s glorious sunshine on the seafront!

Going forward, the People + Culture Club is a safe space for senior People people to come together to support each other through the ups and downs of leading the People function in the tech and creative spaces.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Having met through Silicon Brighton, Ally and Mo are two friends who care deeply about building inclusive and high-performing cultures where people and business can thrive. It felt like a no brainer to join forces and re-launch the People + Culture Club together.

Meet Ally: Co-founder of Coachable, Ally Jones is a multi award-winning leadership coach, learning experience designer, facilitator and exhausted parent to two boys. Meet Mo: Mo Kanjilal is Co-Creator at Watch This Sp_ce, a multi-award-winning diversity and inclusion company. Watch This Sp_ce works with companies to drive diversity and inclusion business transformation to help people work better together. Mo is also a non-Exec Director, Trustee, Conference Speaker and Writer.
