We’re delighted to hear from Alice Reeves! Throughout her career, Alice has worked for fast-paced startups and established global businesses across almost every sector. She’s worked client side, agency side and freelance before co-founding and growing a successful brand and marketing agency, The Joyful, for five years. Alice was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and it completely changed the way she worked and related to herself and others. Now, as Co-Founder & Director of Joyfully Different, Alice supports neurodivergent folks to start and grow their own businesses through our supportive online community, online & in-person events, programs and workshops for neurodivergent leaders and founders. Alice is fiercely passionate about diversity, inclusion and raising awareness of mental health and neurodiversity. She is an ambassador for Beat, the UK’s eating disorder charity, Founder and Host of Women In Business Worthing, Non-Exec Director for SIC, and the author of the Truth & Tails children’s book series which celebrates diversity, builds understanding of each other’s differences and promotes social inclusion.

Hosted by Rifa Thorpe-Tracey, a highly accomplished coach and founder of Refigure Ltd, with a focus on teaching women to create their big vision. With over 25 years of consulting experience, Rifa has won numerous awards and accolades for her work, as well as contributing to publications such as The Times and CNN. Rifa is also the driving force behind SheSays Brighton, Spring Forward Festival, (and Women of Colour Brighton), which attract hundreds of people from the digital and creative industries each year. Rifa empowers women not just to uplift themselves but to thrive and create change in the world. Her teachings focus on helping clients gain clarity and generate abundance.
