SUMMARY:Startup Grind Brighton: Founder panel - The future of work and educ
 ation
DESCRIPTION:The theme for this year is #EmbraceEquity. Equity isn't just a
nice-to-have\, it's a must-have. A focus on gender equity needs to be part
of every society's DNA. And it's critical to understand the difference be
tween equity and equality.\n\nSo what's the difference?\n\nEquality means
each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportun
ities.\n\nEquity recognises that each person has different circumstances\,
and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an eq
ual outcome.\n\nIWD 2023's campaign theme gets the world talking about why
equal opportunities aren't enough.\n\nEquity means creating an inclusive
world.\n\nSo\, for International Women's month we are bringing together so
me of the most up and coming founders who are tackling the skill-gap and e
mployability challenges that are forever increasing in our world. We'll be
exploring how they are embracing equity and making the world a fairer and
more equitable place to live\, as well as their own challenges of navigat
ing the start-up world and tips for those embarking on a similar journey.\
n\nJoin us for a candid conversation with three incredibly inspiring women
