  played a role in facilitating these meaningful connections and learning e

 ntors. Whether you’re a mentee\, mentor\, or considering joining our nex
 t mentorship programme 🥂\nAgenda\n\n 	Networking\n 	Micro talks\n 	Soci
 al\n\nMicro talks\nKate Grant\, Senior UX and Content Consultant\, cxpart
 ners\nKate mentors Carl Smith. She will be talking about her experience of
  mentoring.\nCarl Smith\, Digital Project Manager\, Rittman Mead\nCarl is 
 being mentored by Kate Grant. He will be speaking about his experience and
  achievements from being a mentee.\nAre you ready to mentor? – Sharon 
 Webster\, Senior UX Consultant\, cxpartners\nSharon will debunk some comm
 on myths about what you need\, to be a mentor. She’ll draw on her exper
 iences mentoring to talk about how she’s found it\, and what she’s gai
 ned by being a mentor.\nMaking connections whilst working remotely  –
   Scarlet Cummins\, Freelance Designer\nScarlet will talk about what it
 ’s like to have the guidance and support of a mentor. Her career is a co
 mbination of remote\, self-employment. Scarlet will share the challenges o
 f navigating this combination. And\, how creating a support system through
