Wellbeing in the Workplace

Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and Flexibility Matters are hosting a Wellbeing in the Workplace event on the 21 February 2024 in Brighton with gold-medallist Sally Gunnell OBE.

Expertise, mentality, resilience; three factors that shaped Sally’s career. With them she hit some incredible highs and recovered from some devastating lows. Sally will be our keynote speaker at the event and will share her insights and experiences in how wellbeing impacts performance.

This event will also host a panel event with experts talking about different facets of wellbeing in the workplace from HR, law, staff engagement, psychology and CSR. Event attendees will also be able to ‘ask the expert’. This event is for anyone with an interest in, or responsibility for the wellbeing of their staff team.
