DESCRIPTION:Back in June 2022\, the EU brought in a new landmark "Women on 
 Boards" directive to guarantee diversity and equality at the top\, with th
 e aim to have 40% of women on non-executive boards of EU companies by the 
 end of June 2026. This is a commendable goal and something WiBT wants to s
 upport and see in Blockchain.\n\nBut to achieve true gender parity\, parti
 cularly in web3\, it is important for the industry to continue educating w
 omen about digital assets and their potential. As such we launched our Glo
 bal Chapter initiative programme with Chapters already successfully launch
