Our attorneys provide strategic and practical IP advice to start up and scale up entities, SMEs and corporate clients, assisting them in maximising the value of their IP and advising them on the most suitable intellectual property protection / portfolio for their business.

What difference do you make in the world?

We appreciate that the world of IP is complex, and is often seen as impenetrable to start-ups that are running with lean-yet-agile business models. At Dehns, we have worked with a huge number of start-ups and early-stage companies and have helped them grow and flourish, safe in the knowledge that one of their most important assets (their intellectual property) is fully protected.

How and why did you first get involved with EVOLVE [25]?

To meet innovators in the Sussex region.

What did you get from the day? Tell us about any outcomes or impact.

There was so much energy in the room, and we were impressed by the ventures coming out of the region.

By successfully providing practical, hands-on IP support, we have established strong working relationships with numerous science parks, clusters, incubators, accelerators, and research organisations in the UK, Germany and Norway, working with them to turn innovations and technology into viable commercial products.
