WiBT Global – Brighton Chapter Launch Event
Back in June 2022, the EU brought in a new landmark “Women on Boards” directive to guarantee diversity and equality at the top, with the aim to have 40% of women on non-executive boards of EU companies by the end of June 2026. This is a commendable goal and something WiBT wants to support and see in Blockchain.
But to achieve true gender parity, particularly in web3, it is important for the industry to continue educating women about digital assets and their potential. As such we launched our Global Chapter initiative programme with Chapters already successfully launched in Warsaw, Berlin, Manchester, Barcelona, and Dubai.
